If you either didn't receive or misplaced your copy, you can download the full version of the Patron Handbook as either a PDF document or an electronic Braille (.brf) file. Introduction
This is The Colorado Talking Book Library's (CTBL) updated and revised Patron Handbook. We hope it will be a useful resource for you when you have questions. We are always happy to hear from you with either questions or suggestion, so please call us if you do not find the information you are looking for in the handbook, would like to request books, or for any other reason.
CTBL is affiliated with the Library of Congress, National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled (NLS) network. We are also part of the State Library in the Colorado Department of Education.
