Patron Handbook

You should have received a large print version of the Patron Handbook with your new patron packet that was mailed shortly after you signed up. If you either didn't receive or misplaced your copy, you can download the full version of the Patron Handbook as either a PDF document or an electronic Braille (.brf) file. We can also send you a copy of the audio version of CTBL's patron handbook. Please contact a reader advisor at 303-727-9277, 1-800-685-2136 (toll-free, in-state only), or ctbl.info@cde.state.co.us.
