The Colorado Talking Book Library (CTBL) follows Web Accessibility Guidelines developed by the Governor’s Office of Innovation and Technology (OIT). We are committed to making this site accessible to all users. If you have any suggestions for improving the accessibility of our website, please send us an email.

CTBL staff check this site every month with accessibility audit software to ensure accessibility guidelines are being followed, and to fix any new accessibility problems found.

Conformance status

This site conforms to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA, and we have applied some additional AAA guidelines and other accessibility best practices.

We encourage you to submit feedback and request reasonable accommodations that will help ensure access to the services we provide. Accommodations will be provided at no cost. However, requests that would impose an undue burden for CTBL may not be fulfilled as requested.

We will try to respond to feedback within two (2) business days via email; responses may take longer via post. We will do our best to fix any accessibility issues brought to our attention, and if we cannot fix the issue, we will do our best to provide a more accessible alternative.
